24 GHZ POWER AMPLIFIERS

mm-Tech 1.5 watt linear amplifier:

A number of these amplifiers have made their way to the surplus market. They generally have an output of >1.5 watts (32 dBm) and some have been able to do 2 watts (33 dBm). Here are the specifications at 24.192 GHz:

mm-Tech .5 watt linear amplifier:

A number of these amplifiers have also made their way to the surplus market. They generally have an output of .5 watts (27 dBm) at 24.192 GHz. Here some specifications for them:

Milliwave 1/2 watt amplifier:

A fairly large number of these amplifier have shown up over the last few years. They are very small units and some have waveguide inputs and outputs and others have female SMA connectors. Those that I have seen have not come with heatsinks so be careful with them. You MUST add a good heatsink to them because they will get very hot if you don't.
